Johnson County Sports Association was formed to provide Home-School students with the Blessings that come from being involved in team sports. We serve both Junior High and High School age young people by providing them the opportunity to build friendships, confidence, and leadership skills. We are primarily located in Johnson County; however, we accept families from outside counties as well.
Our organization is Christian based. We believe in conducting ourselves in a way that honors the Lord. We believe that sports provide a wonderful avenue for mentoring and teaching young people the values that they will need to be successful in life.
We are affiliated with state-wide Christian organizations and national home-school groups. This provides our athletes with the opportunity to compete on the big stage and demonstrate their accomplishments.
We are blessed with enthusiastic Christian coaches who care deeply about our athletes and willingness to share their knowledge of the game.

Q: My child has never played sports before, will they be able to compete?
A: Of Course. We have had several athletes in various sports start in their very first year. Some of them have even gone on to be selected to an All-Star Team
Q: Are sports safe?
A: Nothing in life is safe but we work very hard to reduce the chance of injury. We provide the athlete with the top equipment rated for safety. Our coaches undergo concussion testing and your child's safety is our number one concern.
Q: Is it expensive?
A: By using volunteers, we keep the cost very reasonable. Our organization charges a flat membership fee of $75 a family per year plus a competitive rate per sport.
Q: Do we pray?
A: Yes. We pray before every game. We have Devotionals and Honor the Lord with our actions.
